This rant with its numerous spelling and grammar errors sounds like the enraged OP is banging on his keyboard with a couple of rubber mallets. Slow down and think things over! The numerous reasonable replies have gone completely unheeded and indeed seems to have enraged the OP even further. The clean up time increased from 90 minutes to landing up to 109 minutes later. Which is it? Some folks in Business class like to do some work; ie "Business" on their laptops etc, and appreciate the timely distribution and collection of the meals, so they can actually conduct the "Business" that this class of service ostensibly caters to. If you need an extra drink, just ask, however there comes a time they have to tidy up for the arrival. I strongly suspect the OP's time dilation increased with his outrage, as the standard practice is to clean up about 45 minutes before landing.
Also, in answer to one of his points, and an interesting piece of airplane trivia, the liquid beverages have to be disposed of in the toilets as any sink on the aircraft are vented directly overboard. If red wine or coffee were poured "in the sinks" they would make a brightly colored and unsightly red or black stripe on the side of the white aircraft and so disposal has to be in the toilets which collect in waste tanks that are processed on the ground.
