Last time I flew outbound to PHX was in October 2014 and it departed T5, but returned on a flight inbound from PHX in July 2018 was into T3.
Yes this change was announced a few months ago - PHX swapping with SAN T3<>T5. See this thread: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/brit...i-j-mid-j.html
