I have an NC6 and I am trying to book the St. Regis Bangkok Cat 5. I have been trying to get it downgraded, but no go since I already got it converted (it was expiring and I wasnt sure where I was going). I have called three times and they keep telling me I can only book CAT 6 hotels!!!!! Is this true?
