F was excellent ( not too warm) and you also get a sleep suit and slippers ( and the crew are waiting to hang up your clothes as soon as you come out of the bathroom)

The CX F lounge is excellent ( it may get busy as the JAL flight is in the middle of the CX departure bank ( roughly 1700,1800, 2000 and 2200) but the CX J lounge is excellent also. BA F lounge is pretty good also.
