Last month I had a 2 night stay here with friends, first experience at all in an AC Hotel.
Everything was fine, as a Titanium Bonvoy they gave us two superior rooms (from the classic booked), F&B daily bonus (breakfast was included in the rate) and late check out till 4 p.m.
Staff was extremely kind and smiling, rooms quite basic but clean and large, breakfast quite extensive and never crowded.
The hotel is located on the main road, between Genoa city and Nervi, 15 min walking to the nearest sea shore and from 15 to 25 min driving from Camogli, San Fruttuoso (boat) and Santa Margherita Ligure/Portofino.
So, a nice base to visit the area, earning (or spending) Bonvoy points
