Sometimes these types of PR attempts can backfire if some "influencer" orders the service and realizes how little is offered at an airport such as Austin and they go on a rant. The scenarios could be the following:
- Arrive at gate 15 and need assistance to get your checked luggage? Let's use a cart for 150 feet and then decend down the escalator. And there we are..
- Get to airport, need to check some luggage. Someone greets you at the curb and helps you through the doors to the AA priority line which is right there. Then they escort you through the priority line, or TSA Pre-Check and then escort you for another 150 feet to the elevator to the AC. Come get you from the AC and take you down to gate which could be less than 200 feet away.
- Connecting? Ahh, sure...
