For me the smallest airport I've been to is probably Kinmen (KNH), with only domestic flights to a few cities in Taiwan, but I haven't flown into that airport yet - only out of it as I entered Kinmen by sea.

The smallest airport I've flown into is probably Borg El Arab (HBE) in terms of passenger flights (but it has 2 runways)
