Am heading off to sunnier climbs on Friday and am flying from NWI to BKK. I cannot get an award upgrade - and I have a connection to make in Bangkok. As usual the FD helpdesk comes shining through with no help what so ever and I really need to book myself into a seat around rows 9 through 12.

Only number I have is FD helpdesk - will they be able to help or will I just have to chance my arm with Internet Check in Thursday morning .

Can you guys help me or not???????
