Does anyone have any insight into Boyd BConnected?

I stay at Orleans every month and usually play a total of about 12 hours of $10 blackjack or craps. Their tiers are:
Ruby: 0-750
Sapphire: 750-15000
Emerald and above: 15000+

For my play I usually get around 100 tier credits a day - I would say roughly multiply average bet by hours. I seem to get more if I tip. However I will never hit 15K tier points in a year. I have 8000 slots points on my card which will roughly buy me lunch. I've never asked a pit boss for any comps.

For a while I was getting two free weeknights a month (no resort fee either). They seem to have pulled that back a bit, but I'm not sure. I also got a flyer from them last week saying "We just gave you 400 extra tier credits" which took me from 2500 to 2900 - woo hoo!

I'd be happy to just get my two free nights a month back on a regular basis - if I'm greedy, go for three.
