Welcome to FT!, FMNY

The Chase MP Club credit card is not a generally acceptable method for lounge access.

You need the United Club membership card (for partners, generally you need the physical card). The Virtual Card is in My Profile (cleck on the face icon in the upper right of the home page), next to the UA MP membership card. It does take a little time for the UC membership to show up in your Profile -- a week or so. I don't think will be visible to the partners based on your UA MP number of BP -- hence the need for the physical card. UA can see it just based on your MP number / BP.

BTW, you not eligible for the LH Senator Lounge, just the Business Lounge. But at LHR there is a great UC in T2B
