I was behind a group being refused this very privilege. So unless you have oodles of charm or inside influence, I don't reckon your chances.

It's likely you'll be at the main Terminal for SIN. I's really not worth the hassle of getting yourself over to the satellite for the F lounge. The regional lounge is fine.
