AC does have a travel waiver for today to the NorthEast area of USA but that will only help if you are willing to pull the trip off.

Things are ugly and there are a lot of delays / cancellations even for UA, not sure you would be better off with UA

Expect 3-4 hour delays at a minimum per the above thread.
