This may be a noob question, but do you get upgrades (as Explorist) when you check in on the Hyatt phone app? I have not tried checking in on my phone as an Explorist yet for fear of not getting a chance at an upgrade. I've gotten upgraded (when higher category rooms were available) nearly every time I do in person check in.
