So ANA (and other sites) show award seats, but cannot book.
Hi, So I have award business seats on 3 out of 4 legs, booked with ANA. The missing segment is FRA to BER(TXL). ANA, United, Aeroplan show availability, but it will not book. I call ANA and they say it does not exist. How am I to understand this???
