Location: 42.1% in PDX , 49.9% in PVG & 8% in the air somewhere prior to COVID. Now ~ 3% in the air going somewhere

Sigh, I always checkout in person to secure a hardcopy of the receipt, some hotels have the priority line, some don't, I ALWAYS plan to have to wait in a line. Nice if I can checkout in the lounge or they have a priority line, even nicer if it an't just for show.
In the end, agree if they have a priority line they should honor it, could be training could be lack of people. I'm a curious type, if that happened to me, I'd ask why the didn't honor it.
