If you mean the connecting flight, then I don’t think so?
I’ve had a flight the day after the one that got me to status, but the day before that credited (and two before status change). The second credited at the higher level, but I took this to be due to the credit date rather than the flight date.
In any case, the two flights would credit the same day and would credit at the lower level I suspect.
