I think it's safe to say that most if not all Flyertalkers just want Marriott's technology to function correctly.
I enjoy human interaction with the hotel bartender and restaurant staff. And sometimes I don't mind the human interaction with the front desk, but being forced to stand in a queue is never okay when there's an easy way to avoid it.
