you'll get another 60tp for LAX to PHX in domestic first or 40tp in Business (not sure what's available as I'm not a USA specialist at all).

Just to add the only domestic routes on AA you will get first TPs now are those run on the three cabin A321 transcons where you are in the front business cabin (LAX-JFK, SFO-JFK, and LAX-BOS). Everything else with two cabin flights will book in to business selling classes on the front cabin and earn 140/40 TPs.
LAX-PHX will be sold as domestic first on a two cabin plane booked in to business selling classes so you would only earn 40 TPs
