Unsynchronisation between Sabre (the system used by AA) and Amadeus (the system used by CX and KA). Either ask AA to re-issue as @shd9 suggested, or ask AA to re-entre the ticket number, if they are able to, using the command "7T-TK001xxxxxxxxxx„Ny.x," where xxxxxxxxxx is the ticket number (AA tickets always start with 001) and y.x is the passenger number, if there are more than one passenger in the PNR. Either way, you should then call CX to confirm if the ticket number is in.
