Looks ok to me. Says clearly that child is included and there’s no additional fee on hotels.com so it beats Marriott. Both non refundable. You can cancel Marriott up to 24 hours after booking so it’s worth a try as long as you submit the claim immediately after booking and watch the clock.

The Marriott rate should also include the extra person fee in your nightly NET rate.
