Interestingly, when using the app it does not show this "empty line", but correctly shows the Citi transfer. It reads "CITIBANK USA Accrual".

Maybe a hiccup on the website? Have you tried the app?
Thanks, the line is missing on the APP and still nothing from CITIBANK USA. Transfer initiated last Tuesday.
