For the longest time, I had either my Concierge on block or he/she never emailed me post intro. Anyway, for the longest time, I just assumed this wasn't really a service worth making an effort to utilize (generally, don't like writing emails or making phone calls unless absolutely necessary), but I read how you folks kept raving about your guy/gal at this dept.
Anyway, long story short, had an issue this year with a booking and couldn't resolve it by contacting the property directly. So, before cancelling completely, as a final act of desperation, contacted my concierge who, to my utter shock and pleasant surprise, not only resolved it, but got terms much better than I had been able to on my own.
