Quality of Service on Alaska Regional.

Flying PAE-SNA up front. Boarded on time and offered a welcome drink of orange juice or coffee. Aircraft monitor developed a technical issue, have been onboard for close to an hour now, flight attendant has not come through once to offer any water or refreshments as aircraft gets hotter. Not a regular Alaska flyer, is this a normal level of service?
