The T&Cs clearly state that “only one claim may be submitted per reservation”. However one may feel regarding the usefulness of this clause, this is part of the rules one explicitly accepts to abide by when submitting a BRG claim.
Thanks for the reply. I spoke to the agent and realised I was misinterpreting that clause. I thought it meant 'no multiple "live" claims in a queue for the same reservation'. The reason that I didn't make a new reservation and a new claim is I thought it was unnecessary and perhaps could give some extra burden/confusion to Marriott website and the corresponding hotel.
Anyway the agent advised me to just hit a reply- even I am allowed to suggest a different competing site in the reply- I was not aware of this.
