Just checked in today and was given a room on 2nd floor. They said at the time no other rooms were available. I unpacked and laid down and started hearing the worse jackhammering and drilling right below me. I went back down to front desk and she said “oh they did not advise of the possible construction from 10-5pm”. After I stood my ground that they had to move me she found a room on floor 5 on the other side away from construction. I never recalled seeing the note on the website a few weeks ago when I booked but she said it’s on the website now. I would have stayed at the Andaz or Renaissance instead
Also club lounge closed and its in a temporary spot in the ballroom area , another reason I would have choose another property
