Ive stayed at hotels before and the rooms booked by me with my membership number but rooms with other guests have the name of the person staying in them. In fact I don’t know of any hotel that takes ID at check in not to register the name of the person(s) staying in the rooms and still got credits for 3 rooms.
Check the folios. Under who's name they are, whose membership number is on them, and who paid for the rooms.
If they are ALL YOUR details, then you have a case.
If any of the three on the folio (name, member number, paid by) isn't you, then you don't have a case unfortunately.
