Ive stayed at hotels before and the rooms booked by me with my membership number but rooms with other guests have the name of the person staying in them. In fact I don’t know of any hotel that takes ID at check in not to register the name of the person(s) staying in the rooms and still got credits for 3 rooms.
Regardless of who’s staying in which room, for points to be credited all 3 rooms must have been booked under the member’s name and membership number, the invoice for all rooms must be in the member’s name and member has to personally pay for the rooms. However, you can can get points on any additional rooms booked under other people’s name by transferring the balance in those rooms’ folios into your own’s and then paying yourself.
