FYI on the Grand Hyatt, unless it has changed you can request a TSA pass to enter the terminal to go to the many restaurants in terminal D (or other terminals). I agree the restaurant there is good but it pretty expensive, even for an upscale hotel restaurant.
I'd read about that - but wanted to maximize time in the hotel so I chose to eat in the lobby restaurant instead. Agreed re: price.
