I just flew yyc-dub in business - was very impressed with the service, plating, food quality, and seat. Meal service took approximately 3hrs15min. There was only a gap of about two and a half hours between dinner and breakfast. I skipped breakfast and had no problems sleeping through the service.

Overall, I was pleased with the flight. If they could reduce the amount of time it takes to serve dinner, it would be nearly perfect.
