Service Recovery
SQ mistakenly cancelled our redemption tickets, and almost left us stranded.
Only managed to get some segments ticketed 4 hours before our flight early morning.
We had wasted 1 sleepless night and day calling instead of sightseeing.
And... we were not informed about some vaccination and left us stranded for 9 hours at the transit zone.
Appreciate SQ pro folks on how much miles should be given for this?
