Service Recovery

SQ mistakenly cancelled our redemption tickets, and almost left us stranded.
Only managed to get some segments ticketed 4 hours before our flight early morning.
We had wasted 1 sleepless night and day calling instead of sightseeing.
And... we were not informed about some vaccination and left us stranded for 9 hours at the transit zone.

Appreciate SQ pro folks on how much miles should be given for this?

Don't know all the details but I personally don't believe airlines are responsible to informing passengers what vaccines are needed. Travelers should be taking the responsibility for vaccines themselves.

Need some more information here.

What was your route? Why did SQ say they canceled your tickets?

It is not the airlines responsibility to inform you of all of the requirements of your destination - including vaccines. You should research that yourself.
