Is anyone finding that Standard Rewards are available on certain dates when on Incognito Mode or not being logged in? As soon as I log in during the same session, the rate disappears ("This rate is no longer available"). Is this phantom availability or are they blocking certain accounts from making award bookings at this property?
Do you have enough points in your account to make the booking?
If you don't have enough points Hilton won't show availability whne you are logged in, but it will if you are not logged in.
EDIT: I have just checked and am seeing plenty of available dates that are bookable with my account that has plenty of points.
