Well, the best current SVO SU lounges are in terminal D (which is a long way from the F gates for Hong Kong). Still, having a long layover (and maybe anyway arriving in D) I would stay in D in either "St. Petersburg" (most new) or "Moscow" lounge. But remember to leave the lounge at least 40 minutes before departure time for а 10-15 minute walk to the gate.
