I have had the Ink Plus card for many years, have not upgraded to any of the premium versions as they came after the Citi Prestige, jumped on their bandwagon as my primary business card travel when it first came out, not surprised that it would not last.

Even with the latest downgrade Most Citi "Protection" benefits and Price Rewind discontinued September 22, 2019, I will still likely keep the card (4th night free, $250 travel refund, cell phone coverage, unlimited Priority Pass), but must now find replacements for both business and personal travel.

While Sapphire Preferred and Reserve both include three different kinds of travel protection, it appears that ALL Ink cards only offer cancellation and disruption - but not delay (!?!). Does Chase offer a business card with trip delay coverage?
