This description of Polaris may be over generalized. I found that my choice of foods for recent EWR-HKG and HKG-EWR flights was very good. I had chicken soup and seafood. The salad and appetizer were reasonably good. I had the best congee ever on HKG-EWR flight. The red wines were drinkable. The service was a meh, however.
