I don't travel in Y so much these days but when I do, or use PE, it certainly seems like the crew make less effort to bring round additional refreshments. It's hard to be certain because different routes have different meal schedules and so forth. In PE on the A350-LR it is particularly annoying because you have to walk all the way to the back of the plane to get a drink. Longer walk to the toilets and galley do not a premium experience make.
