Question Atlantis - Surcharge Question

I took advantage of the status match strategy to Total Rewards Damond status and booked 4 'free' nights at the Royal Atlantis. There is a lot of discussion about surcharges that still need to be paid. I have tried to get to the bottom of it and went straight to the T&Cs located here: https://www.atlantisbahamas.com/terms

The Terms and Conditions for the Total Rewards Diamond offer are here: https://www.caesars.com/total-reward...aradise-island

I had no issues making a reservation by calling the listed 800 number and supplying my Total Rewards number. My TR account reflects the my diamond status and shows 0 tier credits.

I have been trying to calculate the expected room surcharges. I copied the relevant Atlantis T&C section below. I will be in a room with my wife and two children 11 and 8 at the time.

Based on the T&C my surcharges should be as follows:

1. 4 nights @ $55.94 resort fee including VAT = $223.76
2. 4 nights @ 4 people $10 gratuity = $160
3. No charge for the room and any associates room taxes per the Total Rewards T&C for the lowest Diamond tier offer.

My expectation is a total charge of 383.76. Conceivably there could be a 12% VAT taxed on top of the gratuity. I have seen older versions of the T&Cs where gratuity charges were only applied to people 12 and older. So I might only get charged $80 + VAT. The old T&Cs were still talking about a bellman charge and a pool life guard charge. This seems to have been rolled into the $10 daily gratuity charge.

Anyway, has anyone recently stayed and can provide a data point what is actually being charged?
