#s ), and they confirmed that the contract hasn't been changed, though it is up for renewal at the end of the year. They're quoting rules that are posted on the Bonvoy Employee intranet and a memo that went out.
Again, I'm not complaining about the loss of benefits. It sucks, but I can live with it; ultimately, I didn't pay for the room. I'm complaining about
not being able to earn points on incidentals (which DO come out of my pocket).
