The first thing you probably need to do is work on getting all your biz spend ported off the personal plat and onto one of their business card solutions. Once you do that, and spend at least 5 milion a year you should get assigned a business development rep and enrolled into their Tier 1 program. Once you hit 10M in spend on your business card you can have your rep note your account for a business centurion approval.

Once I hit 10M in annual spend it took about 60 days from my rep doing his thing and I got the approval phone call.
