From everything so far, the Grand Villas in each category doesn't have any advantages over the normal ones. They all looked scattered. Something that I find weird is the set up of several 2,3 bedroom beach villas. About 4 of them are placed right next to the arrival pier, which is odd because that area is the least private.
I suppose the resort could be thinking that people staying in the 2-3 bedroom villas are likely families with kids who may value privacy less than couples on a romantic getaway.
