As mentioned above, Hudson's Bay is very good at posting consistently within 10 to 14 days.

Kiehl's is always very slow or missing altogether and requires follow-up most of the time.

Clearly Contact is very fast, usually within 10 days.

Apple is usually quick for me, however, that late April promo of 7x miles had me nervous as nothing posted until overnight:
