Easy-peasy: high-speed train (or sort-of, but still better than when it used to take nearly 6 hours...) from Warsaw central station (Warszawa Centralna, it takes about 3 hours) or even plane (there are several daily flights between the two cities and it can often be cheaper than the train for just roughly 40 minutes’ journey). Trust me, it is really worth it: Gdańsk is a gem of a city with plenty to see and do plus of course the added bonus of a nice stroll along the seafront from Jelitkowo (Gdańsk) all the way to Gdynia via Sopot (plenty of bars and restaurant on the way).
