I've started to send questions to their partners on social media - unfortunately public corporate shamming seems to be one of the few ways to get attention and action these days. If you've got the time I'd encourage those of you also experiencing problems to do the same.
It may be a small thing but it's really not fair. AP and their partners have induced us to purchase in certain ways - now that they've received their benefits from our purchase they're not interested in holding up their end of the bargain.
