This.

We did an A330 flight last week along with a 787. As a family of four, we took the middle seats on a non-bulkhead row on the 333 and 1+3 on the bulkhead row of the 788. Despite the narrower seats and the aisle between us, the 787 was a better experience because of the extra room for the kids to get up without disturbing anyone.

I would probably opt for either of the 767 because of the 2-3-2 configuration in the back. Take the bulkhead on either side of the plane along with the row behind and you’ll have 4 relatively confined seats for the 5 of you.

PS Bassinets might not be as convenient as you would think. Kids can’t be in there when the seatbelt sign is on, so you’ll have to remove them if they’re sleeping and you hit some turbulence. You also can’t sit the kid up in the bassinet, although depending on when you take your flight, that might not be a concern,

PPS Congrats on the new addition!
