While this is a thread about checking in bags on separate tickets…, dare we ask if you thought to ask what limitations there were at the time you accepted the 'credit'?

I'd guess there was a time limit, and possibly a restriction on the direction it could be used in if it was the return half of a ticket?

If you'd like help using the value of your credit, we can try and work that out, but if you wanted to rant then I hope you feel better now.
