4C not really a good seat, though I would say, much less so than 3A. Only reason I am in 8G is because I am traveling with someone in 8D.
We both want window side versus the middle section, instead of being one row separates us, i.e. 3 and 5, we settle for 3 and 4. Yes, 4 is the window-aisle seat facing outside, no privacy.
