I would double check on the resort fee. I have paid for an upgrade and it became a points and money stay in which you do have to pay the resort fee. If even 1 dollar of the rate is cash the resort fee kicks in. Has to be a 100% points stay for the fee to be waived.
On another note, is there a free airport shuttle? I have stayed here before but always had a rental car. This time no car.
