The location is unbeatable as the hotel is located in the historic Old Post Office Building which, at one time, had the most central location in the city. It's very close to all the governmental sights/sites but not close to much in the way of dining or shopping (except in the hotel complex).
Politics aside (or not), the hotel has been extremely popular.
