Breakfast
-Skewers of shrimp, fish, tomatoes, jalapeņos, and onions. Then, placed those in tortillas de canasta, added guacamole and refries black beans (excellent- skewers done with just evoo, sea salt, and black pepper)
-Agua de maracuya (passion fruit + water)
Lunch
-Sides of salad, potato with chimichurri, and rosemary flatbread
-Pizza 1/2 refries black beans/jalapeņos/chorizo, 1/2 arugula/Serrano ham
Dinner
-Probably a mix of the two
