The 747 runs 24/7, but I'm not sure how frequently it runs that late at night. Taxis have a flat rate of 40$ (w/o tip) from the Airport to Downtown. Not sure how expensive Uber is actually...

For those not familiar, there are two 747 routes.
One goes only between YUL and Lionel-Groulx metro where you can transfer to other transportation options (other bus or subway). The 747 ticket is essentially a 1 day pass good 747 and other STM bus/subway.
The other 747 route also goes between YUL and Lionel-Groulx but then it goes down Rene Levesque making stops before terminating at Berri-UQAM metro. Many hotels are situated on/near Rene Levesque.
